Whether you’re out for the day or away overnight, this service offers trusted, in-home care to keep your dog safe, settled, and stress-free. They’ll stay in their familiar environment, with routines maintained and plenty of fuss and company throughout the booking. Each visit is tailored to your dog’s needs, and a free meet & greet is always arranged before the first stay to ensure everyone’s comfortable.

Boarding at my home — all dogsitting takes place in your home, where your pup feels most comfortable!

Dogsitting is available across most of North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
As this is a longer, in-home service, bookings are often accepted beyond the standard catchment area — especially if you're based near main roads or transport links.
If you're unsure whether your location is covered, just pop me a message! I’ll always do my best to accommodate, and I’ll let you know if a small travel fee applies.

Will my dog be left alone at all during the stay?
Yes — during daytime dogsitting, your dog may be left alone for short periods while I attend other bookings (usually just one or two quick drop-ins). I’ll always work around your dog’s needs to minimise time alone, and they won’t be left for more than a few hours at a time unless agreed.
If your dog struggles with being left (e.g. separation anxiety), let me know — I’m happy to chat through it. In some cases, there may be a small additional fee to reflect a more hands-on stay where I’m with your dog the entire time.

Absolutely — walks are included unless you prefer otherwise. I’ll tailor walks to your dog’s usual routine and energy level, so whether they’re a quick-sprint enthusiast or a slow-sniff wanderer, they’ll get what suits them best.
What do I need to provide?
What do I need to provide?
As I’ll be staying in your home, you don’t need to pack a thing! Just make sure your dog has everything they normally use — food, lead, bowls, and anything that helps them feel comfy (bed, blankets, toys, etc.). If your dog takes medication or has a specific routine, I’ll make sure to follow it exactly as needed.

Once you send the form, I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability or chat through next steps. If it’s your first time booking, we’ll arrange a free meet & greet so I can get to know you and your dog before confirming the stay.
