Services are available by advance booking only.
Some services (like dog walking) offer instant booking through my online calendar and are confirmed straight away. Others require a follow-up before the booking is finalised. Availability may be shown on service pages where relevant, but unless you receive an instant confirmation, your booking isn’t guaranteed until I’ve been in touch to confirm the details.
I reserve the right to decline a booking if it falls outside of my service area, availability, or safety standards.
Pet Services: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less notice may not be refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.
Event & Home Support Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. Short-notice cancellations may incur a partial or full charge depending on prep work already carried out.
Custom Concierge Services: Due to the tailored and time-sensitive nature of these services, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, unless agreed otherwise. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule or discuss your booking, just get in touch — I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.
If Life Unloaded needs to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded in full or offered a reschedule.
Prices for each service are listed clearly on the website.
Some services may require a deposit, particularly longer bookings or event support. This will be discussed and confirmed at time of booking.
Payments can be made by cash, card, or online payment link (via Stripe).
For recurring services (like regular dog walks), payment schedules will be agreed upon in advance.
All pets must be friendly, well-behaved, and safe to be handled. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in cancellation of the booking.
For home-based services, the environment must be safe and accessible.
I may request a free meet-and-greet ahead of first-time bookings to ensure a good fit.
Services are offered within the main service area (marked in green on the website map).
Bookings outside this area (marked in yellow) may be accepted at my discretion and may incur an additional charge to cover travel time and fuel.
Services further afield may be declined or require special arrangement.
This service is designed to offer flexible, personalised support for tasks that don’t fall neatly into my other categories — whether that’s helping someone settle into a new routine, running unique errands, or offering one-off practical support.
Due to the bespoke nature of this service:
Requests will be reviewed individually and may be accepted, adjusted, or declined depending on availability, safety, scope, and suitability
I reserve the right to refuse any task that is outside my skillset, unsafe, unlawful, or that I feel uncomfortable completing.
Any costs incurred as part of completing the task (e.g. purchases made on your behalf) must be reimbursed in full unless otherwise agreed.
A minimum booking duration or flat fee may apply — this will be discussed and confirmed before any work begins.

Provide accurate information about your needs, pets, or property
Notify me of any health or behavioural issues relevant to the service
Ensure access is available at the agreed-upon time
Communicate any changes to your booking as soon as possible
While I take every reasonable precaution to deliver services safely and professionally, Life Unloaded cannot be held liable for accidents, damage, or loss beyond my control.
You are responsible for ensuring your home and pets are insured appropriately.
Any damage or injury caused by incorrect or withheld information (e.g., failure to disclose aggression in pets) may be your responsibility.
All personal information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes. For full details, please see the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website, and bookings will be subject to the version in effect at the time of booking.
